Donna Summer always makes me think about a week-end I spent in The Hague years ago - 'The Hostage' was playing constantly on the jukebox in the bar across the street from the hotel. That's pretty much all I remember about that week-end - that and the number of times I was approached by Dutch lads offering to show me a 'good time' Apparently red-haired English girls were very popular back then

Oh, and I remember being veeeeerryy seasick on the ferry going home

That was the first time I'd been out of the UK, and I didn't venture out again until the Vancouver trip
