josi is right Jumble - lemonade and a heating pad for the tummy. I know you don't care for tea, so that might not be the ticket. (Always find it amusing to call it lemonade - here we *always* refer to it by brand-name "Sprite" or "7-Up" and "lemonade" only refers to a beverage made from lemons, water, and sugar)

I know what you mean - lemonade is totally different from 7-Up and Sprite! But you are right. A little 7-Up would be good. Some saltine crackers as well. Salt to replenish what you have given up and the cracker part should settle quietly in your tummy!

Just read the following on Facebook, from Paul Brown (Legends)

"In response to rumors that have been circling recently, I can now
confirm that we have purchased the complete prop and costume inventory from 'Sanctuary'. Further details of our plans will be forthcoming."

Glad that Paul has the rights, as we will have the chance to buy genuine articles from the show.

Hmmm. I'll refrain from jumping to conclusions regarding how this impacts Sanctuary's future. I'm sure that's already been done elsewhere on GW. I'm still hopeful but it's in smaller amounts these days.
