“One of the really big things that still sticks in my head about my first day was the director, Martin Wood, and his initial excitement about it all. I’m a sucker for someone who’s passionate about something, and if they want to care about it as much as that, then I’m right behind them and they’ve got my full support.”
There's that Awesome enthusiasm that I so love about Martin
Aw! So another person has fallen under the Martin charm.

That's so sweet. Enthusiasm is really what makes any job worth doing, isn't it? Glad our Martin is so psyched about his new project!
It's an exam you have to pass before taking the actual driving test - done on a computer in two parts:
Multiple choice theory test
You will be given a question on the computer monitor with several possible answers. Use the mouse or if applicable, touch the screen to select your chosen answer. Some questions may need more than one answer. It will make you aware that it requires more than one answer on-screen.
You are able to flag questions that you are not sure about to come back later, you are also able to move between questions if you wish to do so. Some of the car questions will be based on a case study. An example of a case study will be to:
show a short story that 5 questions will be based on
focus on real life examples and experiences that you could come across when driving
For the car theory test, the pass mark is 43 out of a possible 50 questions. You are entitled to 57 minutes to complete the test. Once completed you are offered a 3 minute break. Again, you can skip this and continue to the hazard perception part of the test.
Hazard Perception test
Before the hazard perception part of the test starts, you will be shown a demonstration video clip of how it works and what to expect.
After the demonstration, the test will begin. A series of 14 video clips will be shown to you on the computer screen. The video clips will feature scenes that take place on a daily basis. Each scene will last around 1 minute and will contain at least one developing hazard. One of the clips however, will feature two developing hazards.
A situation that may require you to change speed or direction is a developing hazard.
Getting ready to go into the city to see the Hunger Games with Andi. \o/ Psyched.
Oooh! Let me know what you think of it, it looks interesting
Oooh! There's a Dutch release for the Sanctuary S1 box! So happy to see that. And in a regular store! *happy dances*
Not that I haven't already got the import but still. I might have let loose a little embarrassing squeeing sound.

Aw, lovely quote Martin really is special, isn't he?
Aw yeah, WooHoomeets are good. I could use a WooHoomeet.
Moved out today, I'm very tired and emotionally drained. I haven't really caught up properly, but I did enjoy the shout outs about Martin being special
Gratz! =) 35 hours of labour doesn't sound like fun bet she was glad when he was out!
She was oh so glad and so were we. Twelve of us camped out in the hospital waiting area. Some of us were only there for 6+ hours after driving an hour to be there. Her parents were there for most of the 35. The waiting was done gladly since a family milestone like this doesn't happen that often, but we did a fair amount of fretting during those last few hours.
Update: By now I’ve had the chance to hold the little guy and it’s no surprise he’s captured everyone’s heart.
Hi. Survived the surgery, recovery is another thing! As expected day after surgery very very very painful! Would like to sleep past them! But it will heal. Typing is very hard, so I'll be reading but no more typing for awhile - so thank you for all the good wishes, but will only be lurking for awhile. Thanks again! Will be missing you all!
YAY! Now we just need to get you hooked up with a speech to text software so you can still post on GW. That exists right?
Colorful? Check
Full of Martin pics? Check
Sparkly? Added bonus!
Me Loves? Yep! It’s Jumbleart at it’s best.
Thanks
