Not much of a wine person, but yum!

*Can't resist to stand up and scream: ''Finest Vintage!''*
Being original is difficult when you can't stop quoting your favorite tv show, For crying out loud!

Oh Wendy Big squishy huggles to you and healing vibes to your mum.

Just back home after visiting the parents. Took James out for a wander around in the remaining snow and the puddles - he very much likes puddles The snow is definitely disappearing round here - just lots of slush now

Jumble - I know having kids around can wear you out and if you are still healing from that fall down your stairs, I understand. Glad Jo was able to get the kids. Now, (if you aren't on meds) - grab a glass of wine (have the bottle nearby), grab the QUILT, put on a good movie and relax! You've earned it!
Yep, all of the above except for the wine

Having those two boys for two days is harder work than having my three 2yr olds for two weeks

Really? Must be the sea air

My delightful Daughter has taken it upon herself to learn guitar today - having to listen to the same cords over and over again has been.... enjoyable
Just be grateful she didn't choose to learn the violin - Suz did that for about three months when she was 8 - earplugs needed

No slush here yet, the snow is still laying where it landed But apparently (as usual) all the surrounding roads are clear

I played the viola - and I'm sure I drove my Mom nuts for awhile. Funny thing is I made the All City orchestra - and that was from playing about every 5th note.... So be it...they needed someone to fill that chair!

Hmmm a little bit of drinking on the holiday - that doesn't count!

There was nothing 'little' about the amount of wine Nad put away that week

Around here it is But at least it means the schools should be open tomorrow, so I won't be inundated with extra children - normally I don't mind, but I could do without it at the moment.

On the upside, at least you did manage to get her to the hospital despite the snow, so she's in the right place to get better. And it may not be as bad as it seems right now - give it some time and see what the doctors say *hugs again*

I just got back from the hospital. She's very out of it. Laurie, it was almost a complete break, but thankfully not, and the paralysis (?) in her leg should go away as she heals. She's got to wear a brace, and she'll be staying in hospital for the time being - I was told by my dad that that will be until she can stand.

That might take some time - but you'll have to check with the nurses/midwives around here to verify that. Stateside they try and get you out of the hospitals asap - not the hospital staff - the insurance people push that....and we all know they have only your good wishes and wellness at heart!

That was one night and only because the wine was horrible!

That did not make it better.

Everyone is so quiet tonight....nothing to say?

Well the temp is up to 46*/8*C so I think I'll go out for a walk. All that sunshine might totally confuse my body, but worth a try.
