I can't believe how excited you people are about snow! I get very sad when I see it in the forecast. Maybe because I live somewhere where the snow removal is bad and my work never gets cancelled for it? *shrug*

Ah, but it's only exciting because it's the weekend and we haven't got to go out in it Come Monday we'll be moaning like....... heck...... if it's still laying

I bet it'll perk up later. It is Saturday afterall. I just got up, and given the activity on the S/J ship appreciation thread, I'd guess a lot of the posters are on this side of the pond... I did drop off my contribution just a few minutes ago.

Josiane and Dee have bumped it to 9 pages

We've got quite a bit of snow too - but then that's not surprising considering how close I am to Josi
My mum's been saying all day how happy she is that both my bother and I got home yesterday before it really started. But as you say Jumble she's worried about monday.
My friend had to cancel her birthday party for tomorrow as we live in towns and villages with narrow/one lane-wide roads in places and there's 4-8 inches currently

It may look pretty, but it doesn't make things very easy and can really mess up people's plans, my Grandma couldn't come for my Dad's birthday today because of it and that's not counting the international travel

Shipmas thread is now upto 28 pages (although that isn't much for 12 hours in), might actually go and post?

Well that sucks....that's over 4 months. That is a great way to lose new fans. SyFy is made up of idiots....and that is only on their good days!

Part of me is hoping MAD don't do a deal with SyFy. There must be other tv stations that wood show us and them a little more respect?

BTW - anyone who comes across my earlier post about Ep 310 - inside spoilers - I didn't give away anything - and I'm still not giving away anything even in this spoiler!.

Doubtful. SyFy is their biggest source of funds IIRC and while they do great ratings for a show on basic cable, they couldn't maintain the show on a major network or premium cable, alas.

And YEA! My eyes are finally starting to heal! Hurray, I woke up this morning and for the first time they actually look a little better. Not great mind you, but better. I have to get well enough to fly to my brother's house on Thursday without wearing a mask! Wouldn't want to scare anyone!

I wouldn't have thought so Maybe a week or so ahead, but I very much doubt any more than that.

I have never seen so much snow here in my life It's insane! Am loving it at the moment while I'm all tucked up in the warm and well stocked up with food and supplies, but will almost certainly change my mind if it doesn't all disappear sharpish this week
