Why yes! One might expect that sort of behaviour from certain other WooHoos, but you? You only love him for his writing skills and snarkiness......... don't you?
And please stop dreaming about Martin. I'm feeling left out Haven't had a Martin dream in aaaages
Well I was expecting my stepson to call to confirm he's coming over on Thursday which leaves my Friday free to... best stock up on wine and have you ever tried a black russian... I mean the drink not the... never mind.

Spoiler:
Oh, I think the British guy was overdone on purpose, very tongue in cheek

You think so? Hmm, you may have a point. Perhaps I am being overly sensitive after the cock ups with the locations. I suppose I don't see the joke in it.
I also should have mentioned I like the "love interest" for Will there. I think that humanises him a little.
I agree, but am wondering what specifically prompted that comment?
I don't know. It's just sometimes when you catch up you read all the advise and experience and lovin' and life lessons and get all ''Ok, life can suck but this is the way to deal with it...''
Being original is difficult when you can't stop quoting your favorite tv show, For crying out loud!
Rather random topic-y thing but does anyone know anyone looking for/need a tiny little car? I still have bb Magnus and despite trying to sell her no one's been wanting her I was thinking about reinsuring her and keeping her but that's not going to happen
Magnus is good to collect til January 28 (unfortunately she has no tax or mot!) but she's going for nice and cheap (£300) Find me a car cheaper, I dare you! Want more details? She's a 1997 Nissan Micra in a gorgeous blue, 1.3L, oil & filter change in September along with air filter change, 86000 miles, loves the motorway (ask Wendy) and she's a gorgeous car! She's not got power steering but if you have enough gas on then you don't need it! (I have like no upper body strength and I can drive her!)
Erm... she has a tiny bit of damage to the left side front bumper but it's all nicely taped up. Erm.... I have pictures somewhere and she's never failed me yet ) And, erm, there is the MOT "problem" that I mentioned ages ago I'm just desperately trying to sell her otherwise she'll have to go to scrap.

Well, Joe is HOT, you know. Tall, dark, dimples, great hands, muscular arms, cute accent *wipes drool* Yes. Writing skills and snark are the ONLY reasons I love him! *shifty eyes*

Darn, that was just getting interesting.............
So...... is Friday on? *bounces hopefully*

I know what you mean, but I think I'm right
Hm. Now that's the one thing that I didn't much like Unless they're going to follow it up with some interesting twist, I don't really see the point of it being there *shrugs*

Ah, I see. Yes, we're a veritable well of advice and experience.

Especially when you read it in pages, you see quite how wonderful that is. Some very wise women here for sure
You must not be referring to the time when it was heavily raining and I was gripping the seat...
Though I do believe that was the traffic and the weather that was at fault
Totally bad example but hey, I make it everywhere I should also mention she's REALLY fuel economical, I think. £10 does a quarter of the tank (so £30ish+ is full) and that £10 gets me 33+miles at your regular 30mph and 80+miles at your 70mph I did Milton Keynes to Hull (180 miles or something, maybe more) on £20
Yep. Although I won't be able to get totally wasted on account of having a 200 mile drive the next day. Maybe. Probably. Depending on weather and other things.

Well...
Spoiler:
I suspect they are going somewhere with her in the sense of not just romantic interest. How handy would it be for the Sanctuary to have a link to someone still working in normal world law enforcement? I think TPTB rarely do something (like spending a lot of time introducing us to a character) without there being a further purpose. Just as the whole preist/serial killer arc is wrapped up, along comes someone new. Then again I could be wrong. She could just have been story of the week fodder to go along with the continuing arc of the hollow world.
The other theory I have about her is that the "romantic" thing is a deliberate attempt to quash those wild shipper notions of Helen/Will. Likewise I think Henry finding a HAP girlfriend (also referenced in this episode) is an attempt to maintain the Kate/Henry thing on a firmly platonic level. I really think there's only one ship on this series and that's Helen and John and that's not a happy ship that I see having any kind of happy resolution. But I do think it's something that, despite John only being a recurring character and very little being known of their relationship to date, it's one that has been written, acted and directed to show great depth and richness of history. And I love it for that reason.

Oh goody! And I'll be driving back the next day, so......... not that that's ever stopped me
I'll admit to being intrigued by the black Russian........
Well...

Agree on all counts
Spoiler:
I did wonder how much she really knows about the Sanctuary. She didn't seem that surprised to see Biggie, and she was immediately in sympathy with him. She had just watched him kill the priest after all.
Time I went to bed.........

Ah yes, squished boobs are not fun But then, neither is breast cancer It's one of those things that is painful for all of five minutes and then it's over, having possibly saved your life
Yes, true. And given my family history, I have to suck it up and get squished a number of years before everyone else.
Had a Martin dream last night. We were (finally) getting a baby, and Hubby and I were at the store picking up essentials (it was a boy, btw). Anyway, the store had moved the diapers because they were putting up a new display for the SG1 DVD that was coming out. Martin was in charge of the new display, and he was running around with his tool, telling people where to put things and saying, "This is going to look GREAT!!!" So I timidly asked if he was Marin Wood, and the guy he was with laughed and walked away. Martin said, yes he was Martin Wood and shook my hand hesitantly. I said, "I'm also a Wohoo!" And then he started looking a little scared and started trying to get away. Aw. Dream!Martin never treats me as well as Dream!Joe.
I could do with the collective well wishes of the Woohoos guys. My sister went for a check-up today and has been getting persistent high blood pressure readings. She also has elevated protein in the bloodstream. They are going to test again for tomorrow, the ultimate aim being to rule out pre-eclampsia . MoB, any advice you have on things she can do to lessen the risk? All in all, the chances are quite low, I think 10% she said but it's still very worrying .
*big huggles to your sis*
Drop me a PM or email, and we'll chat. This is something I do know quite a bit about.

And I knew that bloody 'priest' was a bad 'un!
Spoiler:
I was very disappointed in what a black and white B story they gave us. The priest as bad-guy thing was way too easy and I'm afraid that whole subplot right from the beginning was to get a love interest for Will
