Speaking of the podcasts -- they were AWESOME. I had to stop trying to drink my tea because I couldn't stop laughing.

Yeah, it's very slippery out there on the roads though so I was glad Dave was driving! We managed to make it in yesterday as well, eventually anyway. After the nightmare that was Wednesday afternoon the roads were very quiet. Methinks everyone else has holed up for a while! Can you believe how ridiculously cold it is?! Dave has informed me that it's because the jet stream in the upper atmosphere has started looping and is bringing cold air down from Siberia. Nice.

Thank goodness it's the weekend. I'm going to stay indoors as much as possible - I've had more than enough of going out in this cold all week

Oooh, I bought the copy of sanctuary season 2 that my bro and I are giving each other for Christmas! So excited I can finally catch up!!! (I also bought season 1 of Secret Diary of a Call girl, mostly because I am suffering from Doctor Who/Billie Piper withdrawals...must get my hands on David Tennant's Casinova...although...that might be a bad idea )

Besides someone had to keep an eye on those two. My gentle neighbors, the innocent Canadians had to be protected!
