Thanks Wendy I do believe that is the first "evil stapler" hug I have ever gotten.

The term 'driven snow' refers to snow that has recently fallen and has been 'driven' by the wind, usually into drifts. Therefore it is pure virgin snow until someone either plays with it or walks/drives all over it ;-)

Two questions...

1. Is someone getting married or something?

2. Blue jello. What flavour is it? Because this is important to ensure you have the right spirit to mix with it. Not all spirits go well with all flavours. For instance, tequila has to be lime and vodka seems to work best with blackcurrant. If in doubt go for vodka, which goes well enough with most things. And as for the recipe - really easy:

Make up jelly as per instructions, substituting the usual water with a spirit of your choice (as a guide, you want approximately a quarter less spirit than the instructions demand water, which helps it to thicken better and improves flavour). Yes, you can microwave it too.
Pour into a 12x8 inch(ish) and about-inch deep baking tray (lined with greaseproof/baking paper for ease of removal).
Freeze. (It doesn't actually freeze but it makes the jelly set harder.)
When ready to serve, cut into inch sized squares, pop into bowls or cake cases.
Consume.
Fall over where you stand and don't get up until morning.

So... is someone getting married then?

P.S. If I get completely and utterly off my face on said jello shots, can someone make sure Benjabubs is fed, watered and loved for me while I slowly die. :-o

Very nice Cags! You can also put just about any flavored liqueur as well as long as it goes with whatever flavor jello you are using. Limoncello-Jello shots are fun.

What guttery posts? I only see normal and very serious posts that are about ..human nature. It's an important, but very innocent, process that I need to learn in order to grow up.
