A lot of people seem to take it all very seriously, so maybe I'm missing something? Does the lead-in show make a difference to how many new fans the show gets? I don't know. All I know is, I'll be bouncing on the edge of my seat when S3 starts and I won't stop watching for anything, and then I'll buy the dvds and watch it all over again and (hopefully) LOVE all the special features and.....

yes.... Sanctuary....... there's yet another addiction I don't plan to give up

It's probably new fans. But don't most people just turn their telly off when they're done watching their show?

Regardless, YAY DVDs! I can't wait for them.

This is my first AT event. I went to Avalon but it was over in one afternoon, so I have no idea how the weekend one works. But I assume there's parties to go to each night.

1. The lead-in can be really important for ratings. If you don't turn off your tv and get sucked into what's on next and then get hooked or at least intrigued... so having wrestling as a lead in could be tough for the show. I'm guessing wrestling doesn't attract the same people as Sanctuary. Though I could be mistaken.
