Actually, I'm allowing myself the odd cookie, because apparently whilst I was in Vancouver I managed to lose 6 pounds despite the amount of food and wine I consumed

Amazing...so did I (wonder who got them) and I never (hardly ever) drink until I met up with you But I did enjoy it!
