So sorry the world is not awash with the joys of an orange victory. I have to admit, I smiled when I watched the Spanish goalie lift the trophy; the look of joy on his face... well, seeing people happy makes me happy, that's all.

Would you believe I missed the goal? I was decorating and watching at the same time and just happened to go outside to clean my brushes when they scored.. hmph!

I am so glad they are going to use technology for the next World Cup, the referees were just awful in this cup

The ref sucked majorly in this game...but I knew that from him...you should have seen the champions league final he did...also like this. Ugh.

Buuuuut in the end I must admit that the better team won...the goal was IMHO off-side...plus some other decisions were unfair...but the end result was correct IMHO.

Everyone at the gym got deafened by a very loud WOODHOOOOOOD!!!! this morning

Ever since I was a kid I've wanted to hoola-hoop but just couldn't do it. I'd try and try and try, but it just fell to the ground every time

For some reason this morning I picked up a hoola-hoop, set it in motion and actually managed to keep it going for several minutes *happy dance* *fist pump*

I brought one home with me, so if you don't hear from me for a while it's because I'm busy whittling down my chubby waist

...Am I the only one who can't get past the image of jumble hoola hooping?
Seriously. My mind goes all out with visions of her in the streets, starting out all alone, while her neighbours start showing up, cheering and clapping and singing.
And then there's cops and firefighters and mailmen and dancing joggers and colourfull umbrellas and... and... glitter. It's crazy!
