Everyone at the gym got deafened by a very loud WOODHOOOOOOD!!!! this morning

Ever since I was a kid I've wanted to hoola-hoop but just couldn't do it. I'd try and try and try, but it just fell to the ground every time

For some reason this morning I picked up a hoola-hoop, set it in motion and actually managed to keep it going for several minutes *happy dance* *fist pump*

I brought one home with me, so if you don't hear from me for a while it's because I'm busy whittling down my chubby waist

Jumble, Congrats on the hoola hoop gyration. We were trying that at a softball game last week. A little girl brought hers. Two times, is all I could do. How embarrassing. Good job on going to the gym. I'm getting my gym membership in September, when the kids go back to school, so I can have my beach bod for Florida in December. My husband tells me not to become one of those muscle builders. He can't have his woman looking better than him. I said no, I'm just doing it to get toned.

Thanks I'm really enjoying the gym, although I'm not kidding myself I'll ever have a beach bod again. Those days are long gone I'm just trying to stay fit and healthy
