Well, RiG, let me say that yes, everyone is an S/J Shipper and the S.H.I.P. started out as a Shipper pillar.

However, due to the huge amount of Martin Wood thunking/fangurling amongst the S.H.I.P.pers, we decided to have a bit of a spin-off Party: The WooHood Hippy Insanity Party. Or... as the workingtitle goes: The W.H.I.P..

It's not an official seperate party, so it's members wood still be part of The Shippy Hippy Insanity Party.

So... welcome!

(And just change the S/J parts in the questionnare into Martin Wood )

To be honest, I tend not to think of the S.H.I.P. members in terms of S/J shippiness, more in terms of Hippiness, so I didn't really think about that aspect when I invited you I was more thinking it would be nice for us to have you as part of our happy little band of WooHoos (aka W.H.I.P.), which has grown from the S.H.I.P.

One of our S.H.I.P. rules is that no-one ever has to do anything they don't want to, because we believe in freedom first and foremost, so I hope you will still feel able to join us, and bring a different aspect to the group

Oh, I just started listening to the commentary on SGA The Hive Poor Martin got left to do it all by himself, so pretty much is rambling along happily saying anything he wants And I get to hear his voice non-stop for the whole ep *swoon*

Oh no, he was having a whale of a time, like a kid let loose with no-one there to stop him giving away all the secrets
I've made notes of a lot of what he said (because it was sooooo cool - his words ) and I'll type them up later and post them for anyone who hasn't got access to the dvds

I just listened to the commentary on Grace Under Pressure, with Martin, Amanda, David Hewlett and Martin Gero. Really funny, but impossible to make notes because they were all talking over each other a lot. Talking over our Martin, how dare they Ya know, all this technical stuff is really interesting, gives one a whole new slant on things......and not just because it's what Martin does Definitely makes me appreciate how much hard work goes on behind the scenes that I never thought about before

So have you got any idea what time you'll be about tomorrow? I'm expecting to start Shipmas about 9 am like I did with Ship Day, and then stay as long as I can keep my eyes open

Yes, got my wires crossed What can I say, it's late, and I've been mesmerised by Martin's voice for the last three hours And wasn't Grace Under Pressure a terrific Rodney/David ep? Listening to the commentary, I realised how hard it was for him to practically carry the whole ep by himself. Kudos to him
