And for the favorite Sam episode, it's a tie between The Seer, BAMSR and TLM.

The Seer cause Sam really stood up as a leader for the the first time and took control of the situation. TLM cause we got to see the old "gun-ho" Sam back. And BAMSR cause it was a combination of the two, a leader and a scientist.
