I was never into Teyla, wasn't against her or for her, but now she can't be compared to Elizabeth I appreciate her more. She's the only main female character now that significantly contributes to missions. It's rather sexist how TPTB has reduced the roles of female characters so much (Keller, Carter and Weir). The only one they still develop is Teyla.

Ehhhh... Its not like there's a phenomenal amount of male characters that play any importance. Rodney, John, Ronon... to a small degree Lorne and sometimes Zelenka. With a small recurring cast can you really call them sexist just because there's less women?

I think its sexist because more male characters have been killed than females. Hows that?
