Yes, organic material can block a beam with some codes . You should be the last one to fall for that one .


Moving on to another plot hole . My favourite SGA episode before I sleep had something I found rather disappointing . Why doesn't Janus give Weir spare ZPMs? Why rotate them when you can replace them . Janus was a very bright lad

It's the season that killed my favorite character.

Adding Carter in the mix, Weir missing from 16 episodes, no Carson (likeable Scot), poor writing, and an overdose on McKay & Sheppard...

-Dumping Weir for Carter. Having Carter do the same things Weir would have done anyway, cementing how TPTB see the leader of Atlantis as a one-size-fits-all sort of role.

-Killing Kate for no good reason.

-Not enough Teyla.

-Making Keller whiny instead of more competent.

-Introducing Larrin.

-Having most of the Asuran/Wraith war and its aftereffects take place offscreen (seeing a human planet decimated by the Asurans would have been cool).

It's all or nothing with these PTB, isn't it? IMO, BAMSR paid a terrible price due to the first half's excessive filler episodes.

Sci-Fi mistakenly sent out an email to those who subscribe to their newsletter stating Quarentine would air instead. Such a big boo-boo deserves some snark, which was what happened.
