Yes, but AT is also being touted as a recurring character; so far, she is everywhere. On SG-1 Hammond and Janet were recurring characters too. Should I be equating Zelenka at this point with a recurring character like Martouf or Jacob, where they only appear a couple of times?

I wouldn't write him off yet, but it is my opinion if he is blogging that his Stargate experiences for the summer have been pretty scanty, and he is comparing this to his own previous work on the show, then I have to feel somewhat concerned.

To be fair, Carter is only "everywhere" in the promos.. which, by their nature, tend to highlight new elements to the show. What we know for a fact is that she is in 14 episodes and we don't know to what extent to will be involved in all of those 14 episodes. I don't recall David's blog saying that his Stargate experiences have been scanty "comparing this to his own previous work on the show", all he said was that he hasn't worked on SGA for the past 6 episodes filmed.

Well he has already been in Adrift and Lifeline so probably the first half and then bye bye Zelenka till next season. LOL.

I would but I find the message is lost if it's clean one and telling TPTB that what they do stinks like dirty sock...I'm not sure, but I don't think that's all that polite.

One could, however, send a sock and including a message like for example...

If you got Elizabeth Weir/Torri Higginson back full-time in season 5, that would rock my socks off.
