I think a few people on Atlantis should develop leukaemia as a consequence of the gene therapy. Just for the realism of it. It would provide them with a perfect opportunity to pointlessly kill some characters.

There's the problem of who is writing them. If it's someone who can look at an episode from a somewhat neutral POV, I might trust the review to be honest in nature, meaning it's not too much influenced by outer elements.
