Discussing ratings for season 4 has gotten, er, a bit animated here before. There's an entire season 4 ratings thread, if you're not already subscribed to it.

I think I read somewhere that ratings are not accurate because not all American TVs are fitted with some bit of technology, could be wrong, I don't even remember where I read that.

I'd never thought about it in those terms, but now you say it, I must agree.

I also love Zelenka, but apparently since 'Quarentine', and now in 'Trio', it's like TPTB are disguising the usual use of Radek as comedic relief (until now, usually brilliantly used, and a good part of why he's a generally so loved character) to turn a beloved character into... what, exactly? And to achieve what, that everyone start liking Keller or Carter?
If that's what they trying to do... I honestly don't understand the strategy

I think my biggest concern with Midway is

how TPTB handle Kav. Because TPTB have been painting Kav as a whiny jerk that deserves to have all sorts of bad things happen to him because he DARES to question the team! HOW DARE HE! Looks like he's going to be fainting in a time of crisis to make him look even more like an idiot, joy! Or not.

Midway goes boom. Sheesh, TPTB have low attention spans for both characters and ships/bases. Write some stories about them/it, get bored and stop mentioning them/it, get rid of them/it. At least one character and ship dies/leaves/explodes each season so they can replace it with a NEW SHINY!!
