I'm watching Enterprise on Sci-Fi this evening, season 1...it's not a bad show, really. I have three and a half seasons of DS9 to re-watch, and then I might watch Farscape. I've never actually seen it. So not totally out of good sci-fi yet.

I'm watching season 2 of Farscape. All hail the DVDs!

I saw BAMSR last night before I went to bed. I still do not understand how Todd managed to get a ZPM, SOW confirmed it, and we did not . I guess ZPMs are not important anymore

No kidding! Why is that the Atlantis team can never manage to snag one? Also, why hasn't Rodney been trying to make one? I mean if they were able to hack into the Replicator coding, don't you think there would be some plans or something on how to build a ZPM hidden in there?

I'm considering watching Blackadder instead.

Sorry, after so many years of watching TPTB craftily respond to fans I now doubt anything they say unless it's explicit (ex: "Ford will not be back this season").

TPTB = politicians. React to their statements accordingly.

If TPTB ditch characters because they suddenly see them as unethical or incompetent, there will be no one left on SGA. Per instance, Sheppard woke up the Wraith in the first episode. Countless human beings paid the price. McKay unleashed the Replicators on the Wraith and everyone else in Lifeline. Countless human beings paid the price again. Sheppard offered some human meat to a hungry Wraith (Miller's Crossing). McKay is directly responsible for the death of a fellow scientist and the destruction of a solar system due to his ego (Trinity). McKay, Carter, etc. committed genocide against a sentient lifeform using one of them as a weapon (Be All My Sins Remember'd). And the list goes on... What does that make them? Why are they still on the show? If ethics and competence are now factors for a character to stay, please let's not single out two characters because you happen to dislike them.
