Regarding Torri, she is a very smart woman and will not accept half measures. I just hope that all these petitions won't put her between a rock and a hard place. She does not deserve to be abused more .

Agreed - I have no doubt the show was far better with Torri, and if she doesn't want to come back she has a perfectly jusifyable reason. And if that happens, it's TPTB's fault. Ha-ha to them. She probably would want to come back, but only if it's pernament package deal.

I don't think the SEW campaign will accomplish something. JM was proud with the way they had taken the story of Weir, and giving someone the option "to walk or stay recurring" sends a pretty clear message, I think. I highly doubt we'll see Weir again, otherwise they wouldn't have compared her situation to Ford last year in January. I think it's a done deal.

Why pick one? All of the above apply. Let's just hope by some strange intergalactic miracle, PTB (really I want to write PTA here) come to some senses and do something.

I agree, of course. JM can do no wrong. TPTB are full of themselves, and until they realize thier mistakes (highly unlikely) or get new TPTB (even more unlikely) it's likely nothing is going to change =/

I'm sorry, Falcon. Will it make you feel better to know that as a Carson fan I'm still extremely sad and pissed off? Part of it is I don't trust what Carson's comeback will actually be and a lot is all the bitterness I feel for these changes I did not want.

I don't really trust them with the comeback either, with what I've seen this season. I'm happy and excited for the Kindred but also worried of how it will be. I'm truly thankful Carson will be coming back for two episodes and that Paul was willing to do them but I will never forgive TP. Too much damage is done. You can repair some of it but not all of it.

I kinda like Sunday... Didn't like what they did to Carson, cause I found him to be one of the sweetest guys on Atlantis. And I love the scottish accent. And I can only say that I felt truly sorry for the Carson-fans when he went boom. His comeback sets of a whole slew of emotions within me, over which I don't seem to have much control. I feel anger that TPTB can bring him back, but can't give Weir the same courtesy. I feel sadness, knowing it will never happen to my fave character because she wasn't all that important to begin with. I am jealous with the Carson-fans that they will have him back. I am sceptic about the how and when he will return, or how they will explain the events in Sunday.

I know how you feel, FH, as I am both a Carson and Weir fan. Even though he is coming back, with news that Keller is coming back for season five (most likely a regular) I still won't be happy I him full-time. Same with Weir. Aforementioned I hope they pull of Carson's return well.

THey seem to have an awful lot of fun sacrificing characters these days. Makes me all the more want to sacrifice some writers/producers.

I really liked the cliffhanger ending to BAMSR. If the writers waste it, I'm going to be forced to the conclusion that they're smoking crack up there in Canada. Are drug laws looser there than in the U.S.?

Perfectly justifyable reasons. I might have been able to handle the subpar writing if or stayed. But noooo.

And yes i do believe Canadian drug laws are looser. And cheaper. I know quite a few people that order thier drugs from Canada because they cost less. And the crack. I think it's called Canadian Weed. There was a band when I was in grade 8 called Canadian Weed. It was led by a very obnoxious Quebecese (?) boy. They never made it big.

She knows we're out there, and that's more than enough sometimes. She knows people like what she does and how she does it. I think that's quite a boost, when you know there's a whole gang of fans fighting for your place in the family.
