EDIT: hey I just realised that of the last four posters, the two guys (myself and mcbarr) have been talking about character quality and dynamics, while the two girls (marielabbot and falcon horus) have been talking about teh hotties. And they say only guys have a one track mind......

Hey, I was not talking about hotties. I never judge someone's worth on their appearance, because that's not where it comes from.

But JM has said that they will continue if there is a SAG strike. He said something about trying to find ways that Ronon and Shep would be gone. Maybe all it took for Shep to think of a plan to get Weir back was for the actors to go on strike.

He did? Well, that's just crazy...maybe I'd go for it if it did involve Weir coming back.

And I also like Teyla and Kate, 'cause they are (were) these smart wise women, who used their brains a lot more than Shep, for example

Don't worry. With such a mother, the kid will get a kill-off before too long

No wonder that Ronon didn´t take her too seriously. She doesn´t look much like a commander, does she? She missed (and still does) the charisma and strenght Elizabeth had.

Imagine the uproar of Teyla had actually taken the whole season off to have her little boy on top of losing TH and PM? OMG, the sky would be falling!

I highly doubt anyone would have noticed. Sadly.

Just want to touch on Teyla's baby. They will one of 2 things IMO. Either the baby will die/disappear or the baby is mutated into freak kid. We can all be assured they have no intension of working a kid into the script beyond a casual mention.

There is also one other possibility--Teyla finds Daddy alive and he takes the kid and she refuses to leave atlantis for whatever reason.

Either way, they will have to write the kid out in a believable light so poor teyla doesn't end up looking like she abandoned him.

After seeing SoW--my money is on mutated super baby that goes to live with the wraith or Weir. Another story arc that will be overly hyped and short on coming.

You know, I think Michael is going to take the kid... And that will be the ultimate darkness for Teyla. Have the child raised by the evil side and set him up against his mom.

Didn't they do that in Angel, where Daniel made sure Connor hated his dad (Angel)?
