He doesn't have to do anything to him. The thing he has to do is to make him write a report that would make the USAF internal investigators suspicious, so that they would start digging and reveal the crimes Sheppard commited in the past. That would've been a very nice court martial episode (some of those things you can get the firing squad for)

So frustrating - the last ep of 30 Rock is on tonight, Heroes had to shorten their season (and it hurt the show, IMO), and BSG is stranded with 6-7 eps to finish the series. My only shining beacon right now is The Wire, which fortunately finished producing its last season before the strike.

i've been following the strike very closely there have been some good steps made... and some backwards steps as well.. i support the writers 100% ... They are even starting to reshuffle shows now... Supernatural is getting moved. If its not settled asap really good shows are going to get dumped....

My fear with the writer's strike is we'll probably be subjected to a glut of reality shows and you know what happens when the networks get a taste for cheap programming...

In the spirit of Exploding Tumor, I'm trying to think of the most ridiculous ways for Shep or Ronon to die that would piss off almost everyone in the fanbase with its sheer and utter stupidity.

Ronon could accidentally shoot himself with his own gun.

He'll go MIA for a while, and when the SAG and WGA have resolved their issues (come to a conclusion they can live with, I support them) then they can bring him back.

Also If Sheppard can't be in Atlantis... I'm sure we have a Canadian actor from SG1 who can take his place for a bit. Same with Ronon. Isn't CJ Canadian too?

And so the SG1-nization of SGA continues...

I've been following the discussion about the SAG strike.

My guess is that they might possibly write him out for an episode or two, or maybe try to switch around the filming of some episodes, but if it went on longer than that, they would shut down production until the strike was over. If they didn't shut production down immediately. What else would you do if you were in the middle of filming episodes that had already been written in which your lead actor played a major role?
