You shouldn't look at reporting posts as tattling, it's a way to maintain peace. SGA_Pegasus was wrong to post that, she accused all the anti's of something we didn't all do, she should've just reported the posts she found were breaking the rules and move on, it generated this discussion that's still going on and it's off topic. How about talking about season 4, it's a bit more on topic then discussing ourselves, I suggest PMs for the people who want to continue this discussion.

I was wrong to post off topic, yes, i'll freely admit to that, but no I didn't accuse ALL anti's. Generalised, yes, I should have just named and shamed that would have been so much easier, but then when a lot of people get on board I find it tires my poor arthritic fingertips. But yes I will be reporting all off topic chatter and talks about pro from this point forward. Poor mods will have their work cut out for them.

I don't even want to step in that thread, not interested enough. Season 3 was great with some exceptional episodes. I was just watching CG today. Elizabeth was written wonderfully. Torri is awesome in that one just like all the other actors. Season 4 on the other hand is a complete turn off, don't care about it without Elizabeth and with characters who don't belong on Atlantis. Hearing about rehashes and weak writing doesn't help either. Anyway, gotta go, my brain is shutting down, off to bed.

I was told to take my opinion elsewhere since I responded to a poster stating Carson was in too many episodes last year by saying that Keller is in too many this one.

You told the truth, that's what's important. I don't hate Keller, but I find her somewhat annoying, and she's been given far too much screen time this season. If they want to highlight a recurring character, I vote for Zelenka.

I have a question - maybe I am naive -- but how do these people find out? I mean, as far as I know, no one was talking badly about anyone else or anything like that. So we have snoops? Snooping? In toddler talk - that's called tattle telling, is highly discouraged.

guys, this is a PUBLIC forum. anyone can read anything you post. Thus, y ou're basically standing in the middle of a crowded room, talking at the top of your voices, then wondering why someone overheard you. You want to discuss people privately, take it to PM or LJ and talk amongst yourselves.

yeah, but this thread isn't open to disagreements. it's ONLY for the expression of issues or complaints.

I want this thread to be open for anyone who has an irk, complaint, or concern. No matter how big or small the complaint, no matter how many or how few complaints one has, no matter how "anti" or how "pro" overall one defines themselves as. There are posters here who are largely upset with the show, posters who are upset with some aspects of the show, and posters who love most of the show but are mad about just one thing.

There's room on the sofa for anyone as long as they contribute to the topic and respect all the viewpoints here. It's a huge sofa, after all.

Good luck with that! He's not a draw for the pubescent male demographic. I'd much prefer to see him than her too. He's a good character.
