well Carter looked at Teyla's belly like it was the most disgusting thing she'd ever laid her eyes on. Climbing Shep was cool. Carson was cool. Way too much Carter for me.

I read everything that has Kate in it. I even read a Kate/Carter one once. The pull of Kate was too strong but goddess that was one wrong pairing, which I'd rather not want to see again.

And yes, my OTP is the cutest!

You also have to consider that Rachel was pregnant and therefore had to cut the working schedule considerably. Working too hard during pregnancy has REALLY BAD CONSEQUENCES. Trust me. I know

It's just that, even when Teyla is not pregnant she has zero to do, but be wallpaper and I sincerely hate that.

My research is showing a significant lack of Teyla in season 1 and it doesn't get any better over the following seasons. TPTB have absolutely no clue what to do with their other characters, except when your name is Sheppard or McKay.

Weir suffered similar fate as Teyla, only she was the leader wallpaper sometimes. She did get more screentime than Teyla.

I second this FH - if you're not Shep or McKay PTB don't know what to do with you. Occasionally they screw up Sheppard too.
