Yeah, I'm sure the Shep fans and thunkers and whumpers will be on the edge of their seats tomorrow. Me, not so much.

The actors had 3-year contracts, that's why they had the chance to drop Carson and Liz after S3. I suppose that with SGA's fate pending, they've put off all contract issues until they were sure they were coming back.

I could have sworn that all the main cast signed 5-6 year contracts. No?

Look on the bright side - no Sam in Travelers - or so I've heard...

I'm torn with the possibility of no Sam. I haven't been very impressed with her scenes on SGA so far. So part of me wants her to get a great scene to make up for the eh ones and part of me doesn't want to see any scenes at all if they continue to be mediocre. Sigh.

So far all I can see in Travelers is an "evolution" (heh, I'm going to use that all the time) of Prometheus Unbound. And I didn't really care for how the male/female dynamic was written there, so...

I don't know if Barbie and GI Jane being absent in Travellers would make me definitely watch, but it certainly is tempting.

Can anyone confirm this encouraging news. Maybe I'll just catch the reviews after tomorrow night's airing and watch the rerun if the coast is clear. LOL.

LOL! Well, would be entertaining to say the least. I wouldn't mind her killing some useless characters too. *grins evilly*

On another matter, I'm really disappointed by the lack of Atlantis based episodes. They have a huge city under their butts but we haven't seen them really searching more of the city and discovering some neat stuff the Ancients must have left behind (with some exceptions though).

I have to say I enjoyed those more than the 4-people-team-SG1-feeling-like episodes, because Atlantis has (had) more unique characters to focus on and more plotlines than just get through the gate, get into trouble, get out of the trouble miraculously, gain new friends/enemies etc.

Hi all - I need everyones help here. The Save Elizabeth Weir thread has been moved by the mods to the fandom folder. We've been shoved all the way to the back of gateworld where there is no traffic.

I'm asking every Weir fan to please go and complain to Darren and/or go to the SEW thread and use the report post function to please ask that the thread be moved back to the S3 folder - where it has been residing since the beginning with no problems.

Spamming the Ask a Mod thread isn't the right way to go about ANYTHING, especially when you're encouraging others to do it.

From what I can see there's a solid group of posters in each of the campaign threads. That group is going to know their thread exists and post in it regardless of its location, right? And I think it's also safe to say that by this point most people know about the various campaigns and, if interested, can probably find the respective threads about them. There are certainly enough signatures and whatnot abounding to make that very easy for "outsiders" to figure out. I don't think it's worth getting bent out of shape over a simple move and pissing off the mods and making more work for them isn't likely to endear anyone's cause to them.
