Lizzie icons, because I made them for the Save Elizabeth campaign and I figure that makes them suitable here, right?

      What do you think?
I think this sounds like something I would like to see on tv...

          I've gotta quick question...

If there are some (and I'm willing to help too) who do want to write an AU season four...do you think we should "rewrite" the ending to Sunday and write alternative storylines for "First Strike" that way people who stumble into our safe haven for Carson and Elizabeth know what happened? Or should we ignore the fact that those episodes happened in the first place?

I'd rewrite both Sunday and FS (and end FS a bit differently then it did),my question is do we want pregnant Teyla going darker?

We could make all of them bit darker, change their dynammics (create some new conflicts and something like that in this new situation) in odred to bring them closer together, which could work out good thanx to the afct they'll be lost. (Too much of Battlestar Galactica? Nah)

How about them trying to make it back to Atlantis' original planet?
I'm not weird, I'm limited edition.

I like the idea of rewrites. That shows how much better you guys can do it than the original writers. FS had some great character moments.
                    Spoiler:
The office scene with John, Rodney and Elizabeth about writing the personnel evaluations was priceless. And I even like the rift between John and Elizbeth. There was good drama potential there. Heck, most of you will probably stone me, but I don't think you need to change a thing except to bring back Carson. Just write Adrift so she recovers, continue with the effort to find a place to land and move on.

As for the Teyla story, I love the idea of her going darker, but I'd drop the pregnancy and make her a wraith queen. Talk about getting in touch with your roots. Then she would have some great scenes as the newest enemy of her former friends. Imagine what her team would do with that. They not only have to deal with finding a new home, but Teyla knows all their secrets and if you bring Michael into the mix you've got yourselves an interesting situation. Just my thoughts.

I'd love to join in, in the whole AU thing...but I'd keep it as close to the show as possible but without killing characters and bringing certain others. We write our own season 4 without Carter, Keller ... but with Beckett alive and kicking, and Elizabeth at the helm...

Ok, I can't be @ssed to read the backlog so forgive me if this has been said before.

S3 was cr@p and if that trend continues, which it looks like doing I'm afraid, they should kill it off now. I don't mind seeing Sam Carter take over as Weir got on my and I'll hope against hope that she will save the show. What will really make me switch off in series 4 will be if the show becomes Stargate Atlantis: The John and Rodney Show, this really got up my nose last year along with the poor quality writing and a combination of those two will make me not bother watching to see if it's getting any better, I did enough of that last year and I'm certainly not going to bother with the DVD boxset, that money's already been spent on series 1 of Torchwood. Can you imagine what Atlantis would have been like if writers of the calibre of Stephen Moffat and Paul Cornell got hold of it? even Russel T Davis, at least John and Rodney would have got a snog out of it

Time put Atlantis out of it's misery I'm afraid
