I loved Vala and watched one or two episodes when I heard that Claudia was coming over but Claudia/Vala wasn't enough to keep me interested in a show I just didn't care for. I'm guessing the same thing will happen with the people that love Carter and never bothered watching SGA.

but as much as i love shep its not enough for me to keep watching the show

No Vala in the pic? After all, she is the best thing that happened to SG-1 in a long time.

I have been watching SG1 until the bitter end (10th season was terrible self-parody) just to have complete show. S9 was partially interesting thanks Vala. But they sent here away in 6th episode after Amanda returned from motherhood. And what happened? Cold shower. After flirty, sexy and intersting Vala came this unintersting machine, who started to say technobabbles in a very minute she came there. I missed Vala and thanks her was Carter pushed away in S10. I think it´s the reason why they sent Vala away. Not only away, but to another galaxy, so they could be sure that nobody cooler, better and more intersting won´t stand before precious Carter in S9.

This car is called traband. It used to be very favorite in former comunistic block. It was made in Eastern Germany. It was cheap and survived almost everything. No, we didn´t have one There were times where it was really often in our roads. But I haven´t seen any for a very long time. Thanks god.

They're the coolest and funniest cars ever. I once had the pleasure to be stuffed in the back of one with 3 other people (not enough space). My sister in front with my mom and a driver. Up the hill and I swear if it had been any steeper we wouldn't have made it, and back down hill.
They are sturdy little things.

That picture was the first thing that came up when I googled traband, and I thought it fit just nicely for what I had in mind.

Here in the USA these kinds of "cars" were prevalent in the 1930's during the Great Depression. They were called "Hoover carts" after the president. And no, I wasn't alive then.

A little contradictory. I thought one of your biggest gripes about Carter is that she is 'too perfect'? Then surely the horse should be humbled to get to pull her around? (And for the record, I'm not joking. That horse should be overjoyed)
