An upside down flag is a symbol that someone needs to be rescued. Perhaps the Anti flag should be along the lines of an upside down chevron or stargate symbol?

I have no clue really, but if you can fit "Puts the FUN in dysfunctional" in your mini-flag then I guess you have a suitable text... Otherwise I suggest "Kate" which would be just as good.
Oh... "Kate rocks!" or "Heightmeyer's Lemming" ... mmm...maybe no one will get that...
