I was unsure how I felt about reds at the beginning, but then the swapping began.

Indeed - Anti's have more fun

It's just that some people think that we should but our trust in TPTB and support their every move and be a good little fan. For me being a good little fan is the opposite - supporting the show by openly discussing my criticism of it. I don't just think what PTB tells me to think or wants me to think.

Call me defiant or having a mind of my own. Or being a pain in the arse. I really don't care.

Naw, you aren't being a pain. I understand what you mean. There's no way everyone can agree with everything TPTB do. I think it's a little scary when people support everything TPTB do, no matter if it's SGA or what. Just because they decide to do something with a particular character or story arc, doesn't mean it's the right decision. Producers of TV shows and film constantly make bad decisions and the critics are there to talk about it when that happens. Being able to to openly discuss things you don't like is healthy and it proves we have brains as well.
