    I agree, except I don't know if I would say nastier, more like she seemed to be more unsure of herself . I would like to have seen a bit more conflict between Radek and Rodney viaing for Sam's professional attention.

      where Radek offers to help, and Rodney says stay out of my way and be quiet- that seemed overly nasty even for him. Just the way it was said implied "I really have no use for you; GTFO" and that made me sad. Not that I expect them to be best buddies, but it makes the apologies back in Tao of Rodney ring all the more hollow.

      He needs to get Woolsey to rely on him like Elizabeth did. Elizabeth really respected him, and that went a long way towards how others treated him, I think. Of course, that would require more screen time for both Radek and Woolsey, which we haven't seen a lot of this season especially lately.

          David Nykl has hinted that Rodney gets a surprise with Radek in an upcoming episode, not sure which one but it sounds like we get to see another side to

            It's not so much he was meaner to Radek in S4 so much as that with the exception of "Mortal Coil" and BAMSR, the not-mean scenes disappeared. In S4 we stopped having Rodney and Radek at briefings, we stopped seeing them having lunch together, we stopped having prime-not-prime games, and Rodney only worked with Zelenka when Todd the Wraith was unavailable. Since the scenes in "Mortal Coil" and BAMSR were pretty much behind closed doors it gave the impression that after Elizabeth (who liked Radek) left, Rodney only wanted to be Radek's friend when he needed something and no one else could see.

            Then came GITM, as Belevision pointed out, which really didn't help Rodney's case at all.

            I hope that "surprise" is Radek finally clocking him in the mouth. Or giving Skanky the Homewrecker a piece of his mind. I'd be tickled pink with either.

                  I am so hoping it is something fans will love. David had a big grin on his face and a twinkle in his eye when he mentioned it in Chicago. It was something basically about how Radek isn't who Rodney thinks he is! And we all know how well Rodney knows those who work under him.

                    Sorry for not being so much around here at the moment. But it will get less in the next month, while little iolanda here is exploring the great green world of Canada.

                    Next week I will hopefully enter my plane to Calgary and the the next one towards Kelowna.
                    I have revived my twitter (iolanda76)- so anyone following me might look there but I also most probably have internet access and I might even have time to use my LJ

                            I doubt is something negative, at least towards Zelenka. David just had that mischevious look on his face that was too good for something like that! I really like the Radek/Rodney scenes because I love watching the two David's perform together. They just have a very fun chemistry and since I have seen those kind of relationships with the engineers at work, I see the humor in situation more than I see the bashing, though there have been exceptions to that, can we say Trio!
