egads, my brain is so in the gutter today.....you just should have seen me in Improv...it was actually funny. I ended up doing a scene with a guy from class, where we were in the park and we were imagining watching a couple having a bit of fun. He wasn't quite sure how far to push it and I at times found the visual image so funny that I forgot I was suppose to speak - luckily for those moments we had another person next to us that would give us our line when we touched them on the shoulder.
And I won't tell you how embarassed I got when I had to do a two finger talking to each other scene by myself and my word was lingere! I will just leave that one up to your imaginations, though I have to tell you it is much harder when there are guys in the room to do a scene about lingere!

    *Lowers her head in shame*

I deserve to be chased after by a group of lemon bearing Wraith guards.
*shame on you* If I had a lemon bearing Wraith right now,,... oooohhh, I would, I would, I would sooooo send it to McKay.
Echos is one of the nicer Zelenka episodes. The scenes with Radek and Ronan were unexpected and really nice.
In spoiler tags for Allestian. See the episode first!
    Spoiler:
And it was hilarious to find out that Radek raised pigeons!

Nope. I'm only a sufferer of my mum's taste in music...especially when it's loud...

        Grease
        Titanic

I've got the Jackie album too, Alex is into Grease as for Titanic everytime I hear that song I pray Celine Dion goes down with the ship.

I've got the Ashes to Ashes soundtrack too, some of the songs in that show have bought the memories back.
            Spoiler:
When they went to the Blitz club in the second or third episode I was screaming "Boy George, it's Boy George on the door and Steve Strange on the stage"

*Imagines Celine Dion as she just about hits the top note and suddenly goes sliding down the deck as the Titanic goes vertical*

That song became the bane of my life if a karaoke was nearby...

              Let me elaborate...

40 odd aunties, uncles, great-aunties, great-uncles, cousins, second cousins, parents, grandparents...all of them have heard a rumour that you can sing...

I must have been superglued to that karaoke for a few years and I grew a dislike for that song.

There's this thing here about Minnesota nice and people here are little uncomfortable when the Improv gets too personal - that's why I sometimes start laughing 'cause I just can't say what I am thinking and I don't feel quite 'safe' in letting the expression go to its conclusion. I'm just starting to say the 'heck with it' and just let myself go more in class - I am finding that when I do the block I have been experiencing is going away. If my humor is in ineundo's at this point, then so be it - it's fun! Part of the problem in class is that the guys don't always know how to take it - I am okay if they push it back but so far, they haven't been comfortable enough to do that

I got to hate that song after the 1000th time I heard it on the radio

Well, this thread is what helped me to start letting go and just having fun again so it's always been good for something!

I am totally serious though, when I had to do this scene with this guy in class - this was his second time in this class and we were doing a two person scene with sidekicks to help with the dialgoue, the comment I made to you about the "watching" on earlier post so popped into my head at that moment and when he said, "hey look, there's two people in the park making out, I just immediatly said "cool, lets watch" (and I didn't laugh.)Teach just loved it, was so unexpected. However I could tell my partner got really uncomfortable cause he didn't know where to take the scene after that.

My other inspiration would be so proud of me!

I know what you mean about leaving people speechless with one line. My boss once asked me what I did in my spare time so I said "I write gay porn" after he did his goldfish impression for a couple of beats he replied "No you don't, don't be silly" Little does he know

To be honest I've never tried but then I thought I'd never be able to write Slash but that's all I've done since before christmas. I'm sure I could give it a go (I haven't forgotten your challenge honest, I'm fighting a severe case of Apathy at the moment, I really can't be assed to do anything)
