Whew, you Allestian had me worried there for a minute.

And if TPTB ever do try to reduce his role I would be severely upset. I have never had so much fun with a TV character like I do with Zelenka.

Don't know if David does any photography. It is really hard to find out much about his life away from Stargate. He did mention in an interview somewhere that he likes to go out on a boat on his off days (don't remember which interview), so this could very well be our David Nykl.
It is also not unusal for creatively talented people like David to try their hand at some photography since it is another creative outlet for expression!
