I was having Zelenka withdrawals as I haven't been able to get into this thead since Monday!

Actually I didn't restart David's appreciation thread - had to go to the *thunk* thread first!
Was hoping the threads get restored before we need to start up the second thread!

Hello! Haven't been here in ages (thesis work is all-consuming), but I hope you've all been well. Sorry to see the old thread gone (even if temporarily).

I was watching TV and thought I glimpsed David in an AT&T commercial as a sculptor whose model is ignoring him to play on her phone (the one with the Big Red theme song). Am I right or did I just think I saw a familiar ranting style?

Nice to see some familiar faces again! Thanks for restarting the thread, Rosehawk! I'll have to try to make time to be on here more often.

Yep, that was David!
He posted a link to the commerical on his blog. The commericial hasn't air'd in my neck of the woods.
