I've been offline for a few days due to computer malfunctions, but I'm back with a vengeance. First, I sent an email to CBS asking them to consider casting David on NCIS. Then, I posted a comment on David's blog asking for him to upload a blooper reel to YouTube. I feel so shameless. *giggles like a school girl*

LOL. Hiccups. I recently got a TV consumer survey and they primarily focused on Burn Notice, at the end I got to add comments and I made a comment how much I would like to see David Nykl get a character arch like Michael Shanks did!

As much fun as it would be to see a blooper reel, odds of that are pretty slim unless it is all David. Usually the actors have to sign-off on something like that.

David would great on NCIS. The energy between him and Mark Harmon would be really good!

I think David also be fun to have on Burn Notice! I'd like to see them bring him back on Sancturary too! His character died the first time but since alot of fans didn't recognize him, they could easily bring him back as another character.

Maybe he can get a shot when Warehouse 13 come back. That was a pretty fun show.

Welcome back Hiccups!! Nothing wrong with asking for more Nykl time on the small screen. I'd love to see David on Criminal Minds or NCIS or Burn Notice or Sanctuary...heck as long as David got some serious face time on television (or the big screen for that matter),I don't care what show he's on. More Nykl time please! Woohoo!! hehe }:O

LOL. Research can be alot of fun!
From what I have watched, David has played a villain a few times and was darn convincing at it - he just gets a look in his eye that is very piercing,
Lets see, the ones I have seen is 'Escape Velocity' where he played a psychotic killer, 'Jake 2.0 Middleman' - he played an assassin,. In 'Act of War' he was an American diplomat that sold his country out to save his own skin and in "Joan of Arch' he played a Bishop who helped to betray Joan.
In a movie that hasn't shown in the US yet - 'Resistance' David plays a corrupt businessman who kidnaps this woman.

He's probably done a few more but the first four are the ones I've seen.

He's also done a very convincing guy with brain damage in a 'Cold Squad' episode.

Y'know, that moment was angsty when I first saw it, but now, frame-by-frame, and followed up by a confused, worried, and somewhat annoyed Radek makes it a bit slapstick. The things he went through to help discover that Carson was wrong; Jennifer DID have a case of the hives.

OMG! I was watching Psych the other day, and lo and behold there was David! My. My. I just couldn't get on a computer to squee about it then.

Hmmmm, it sounds like we're playing a game called "I wish they would or wish they would have cast David Nykl as..."

Of course I agree whole heartedly with all of that. Well of all the tv shows, movies, plays, musicals, etc., that I can think of (after all, he is quite versitile), here are my suggestions for what I wish he would have been in:
The "A" Team
While You Were Sleeping (as Jack--not that there's anything wrong with the way Pullman did it)
Dr. Jekyll & Mr. Hyde (He'd fit right in with all those "y"s in the names.)
