I kind of got the feeling that he was surprised that fans were still there rooting for him and not just Zelenka! He's talented and a very nice guy so fans are going to want to stick around. Plus the Sci-fi fans tend to be very loyal to their favorites, no matter what other work they do. I just hope he keeps his blog updated, even if it is once in a while.

I would have to most definitely agree with you on this. He knows how to connect with fans, make them laugh and smile. Plus he is always very nice and polite to fans.

Hey, for you David Nykl fans who are anxiously awaiting David's movie "The Beast of Bottomless Lake" which is just being completed and hopefully out to the public soon....

The production company has shirts and stuff at CafePress. So head out there if you are interested in getting a shirt, maybe one that you can get autographed at a convention or two with David.

Hello there. I'm new to GateWorld, not to mention the thread, but I'm a big Zelenka/Nykl fan so I thought I'd give you a little wave hello. You guys seem pretty cool.

LOL. Okay, the convention this summer will be the first time I will have actually done this! The first convention I had a photo and the second one David had photos at his table so I picked one out, well actually I didn't see it on his table as he only had Zelenka photos on his table so I asked him about it and he had them in a box behind him - it's the main pic on his website.

P.S. I had another #25 a few days ago...

I just want to say that...

I LOVE ZELENKA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I love Bunny Boy and all his geek-ness. Ahem. Yes.

(and David Nykl is surprisingly good looking in RL, much more so than Radek which is weird.... kind of weird... mostly weird)

And he makes a most excellent foil in fanfiction. But maybe I should give him his own fic - he is that awesome.
