The website you posted may be a good start off to learn a bit of our language. It's actually funny, that Zelenka made people interested in Czech and czech language, but hey, as long as people know we exist! Some people think we are part of Russia, or something like that.

I heard at the convention that several people did not like his moustache. Thanks to Rosehawk, I can actually see it now. Personally, I think he looks good either way. But I know it's not my opinion that matters.

Later tonight I will take my photo op and post it (with me cut out as I don't care to have my pic on the Internet.) Then you can see a really good pic with David's mustache.

I am having a shopping and movie day with my daughter so I am heading out shortly or I would do it right now!

David looks very nice in a moustache. I just think alot of fans see him as Zelenka who was clean shaven or scruffy looking from no shaving and I think the moustache just surprised them. It's so easy to have your own image of what the actors look like and when we see them out of that mental box it is sometimes a bit of a shock.

David was definitely surprised by the reaction of his moustache. During his Q&A with Hewlett, he took a quick poll and the majority liked him clean shaven. One fan actually asked David Hewlett to shave it off in front of everyone which I thought was very inappropriate - it surprised both Davids. David Nykl quickly recovered from his shock and said that he would post him shaving it on his blog. I hope he doesn't do that as I think someone shaving is really something more of a personal thing unless they are doing it for a show or movie.

He was growing the moustache for an audition so it was important for him to have it at the convention.

I have to admit I was a bit startled when I saw it but then again, I really like mustaches so my reaction was at least a good one!

Wow! That's a great picture! (I'm referring to the first one. The second one's not bad either.) Although, it took me a moment to realize he had a moustache. (The first thing I generally notice about a person are the eyes, and if they're very unusual or blue, I tend to linger.) It's quite a different look from Zelenka. Hmmm, I wonder how he'd look if he added the Z specks...

I'm like you Hiccup, I tend to look at the eyes first. David has really nice, expressive and kind eyes.

The first pic was from my photo op with David. He knew I was having a fun time meeting him again. It was a fun photo op!

The second one was the next day when me and my roomies got a roommate group photo. Most of the actors had a photo op on Saturday and on Sunday.

David was funny, we were the first one's in line on Sunday. We got there about 30 seconds before David and his handler did. I don't think they were expecting anyone in line based on the look on David's face when he first walked in. David walks in, looks at us and gets a really big grin..saying that his fans were here or something to that effect. My roommates immediately pointed to me and said it's all her fault. David started laughing and said that I couldn't do anything wrong and at that point I sarcastically said "I've got a teenager, and I do everything wrong!" David just smiled and then the photographer was ready so it was time for the photo op!

He said the audition was that week, referring to the week after the convention was over so I assume that he has had it already.
