It would be fun to see Radek as the boss - at large and in charge!


Well Radek might not remember because at that time his country, Czechslovacia, was under Soviet rule and probably didn't get a lot of Western news coming in! He would have been too young to be a scientist or government official privy to that information and his family was poor as we found out in the Tao of Rodney so his family probably didn't have TV if it did make the news!

Oh, you're probably right... well, John and Rodney then. Still in good company!

I admit, I had to Google skylab.

The Skylab incident does make me wonder: how did they explain Anubis' ships exploding and the Beliskner?

Radek probably didn't see the Beliskner go down since that happened in American Pacific waters, but there's a big probability he saw Anubis' ships appear in the sky and then explode.

Wow you have all been busy while I have been studying! *thuds to the floor with all the Radek piccies*
I wanted to pop in with a link to share. I found it last night on Youtube and thought you guys might want a peek. It is a music vid done to a good song, with probably the best use of Radek clips I have actually seen on youtube.

I find it interesting that his hair is ALMOST normal in this episode.

It's one of the few where his hair is normal. Originally Zelenka was only in that one episode. TPTB saw something in David's portrayal of Radek that they found ways to keep bringing him back and I'm guessing the character traits developed from there.

Looking at Miller's Crossing - Radek's hair is short like in 38 minutes.
