Oh, no kidding but it'll be awhile...they were born premature and have a bit of a stay in the hospital ahead of them.

Fingers crossed for them, funny that, I'm knitting clothes for premature babies for a charity, do mum and dad have evrything they need?

I'm sure they'll do great! They've got so many things to help tiny ones get started the right way.

My husband and his twin brother were early, plus Mom didn't even know she was having twins until the day they were born... ahhh, the days before ultrasound pics! The doc just thought it was a really slow labor until the nurses started yelling that they were seeing too many sets of arms. They were all tangled up with each other & both trying to get thru "the door" at the same time - "3 Stooges" style. Twins are very cool, though. Even though they're definitely unique people, they never lose that strange sense of closeness. It must be weird, knowing someone from the time you were both the size of a grain of rice.

Yeah, they do. Our Mum is a knitter par excellence and she's already got little coats, booties and hats turned out for them. The boys will be kept in style, lol.

I can't...they live on the opposite side of the country in Ontario. I'm in Washington. Still, I recorded myself playing the guitar and singing and Erica says they respond pretty well to my voice, so that make it a little easier. Still, I'd like to be there. Radek is doing well, but little Ilya is one sick little baby. They're both fighters though.

Premies usually are good fighters and with all the advances in medicine they have good chances. It's just gotta be hard not being able to hold them or attend to them all the time.

If you ever get a chance send me some piccie's of Washington state. I am from there and I really miss seeing and hiking up in the mountains (they are mole hills here.)

They are very good fighters. I was two months pre-mature and I was 2 pounds 12 ounces in 1981. I survived and there were no complications. Medicine has come a long way in 27 years...

It's an old Visa commercial. You know, "Visa: for when you want to get out of the doghouse." It's amusing, but not nearly as amusing as the La Quinta commercial. I still smile whenever I drive by a La Quinta billboard.

And then, of course, there's the ever-famous MasterCard ads that will be spoofed until the sun explodes...
