I actually speak a bit of Polish, and I was curious about how Czech seems similar, in some ways, to Polish. So I started learning a little bit of Czech. In addition, I someday hope to visit the Czech Republic.

Also, I began watching Stargate Atlantis a couple of months ago, and heard Radek speaking Czech. That prompted me to want to know more!

When David Nykl speaks Czech on screen, does he have a non-native accent to his Czech?

I know when I speak Czech, I must sound miserably American. David certainly has a LOT more experience with Czech than I, but I wondered...does he have an accent?
