I am in the University now and I feel great. I came here after almost a week(it was state holiday yesterday) and I saw results of tests of two subjects. Both doneThe hardest exams will come but it´s good to know that I have at least something.
Rosehawk: Of course you can take it.When I get home, I can post more of them. From Q&A sessions.

All I said was Oh. When someone asked, you should have heard the screaming, all over a mouse for crying out loud. Apparently we have lots of them now - can I borrow one of your cats?

Okay, David answered a fans question on what alien character he might like to play and here is his answer.
Originally posted by David NyklI'd like to play Vala, so I could wear the slinky leather. Waitaminit...Luckily I had to go to a meeting so it saved me from embarassing myself.
Anyone else imagine David in slinky leather?
Okay, this is borderline *thunkin* but David said it not Zelenka!Last edited by Rosehawk; 02 May 2007, 08:29 PM.sigpic

Yep Pajus; we're, uhhh, I mean, I'm ready.
Sorry, Rosehawk. Our cat has to take care of her children right now. They should be able to live without her milk about four weeks from now.
The mouse happened to me, yet I had much more self control then everyone else. Over half the department was in a panic over a mouse, go figure.Last edited by Rosehawk; 02 May 2007, 09:02 PM.sigpic

I don't want to go much more in detail since this is an appreciation thread and not a *thunk* thread.
If I can find the right picture to describe, then I will PM you. A picture says 1000 words - it is just too late tonight for me to go searching tonight, I'm getting tired and will be heading off to sleepy bye land very shortly.sigpic

Yep Pajus; we're, uhhh, I mean, I'm ready.
Anyway, here's our next lesson:
In this lesson, we are going to learn the basics of the 'Shien' (Perseverance) form. It is a form designed to protect one's self from omnidirectional gunfire. In the Shien's initial stance, you should hold your lightsaber in a 'high guard' position (hold the hilt above your head with the blade angled upwards and back) The style itself is based on a combination of Ataru and Soresu - using quick evasive moves and long jumps to quickly converge on the opponent's position and eliminate them. Another technique used by Shien practitioners is the deliberate use of the lightsaber to deflect energy blasts back at the firer while running/jumping to his position. Another good tactic is to try to convert omnidirectional fire into single-directional fire (that can be deflected with much less effort) by jumping out of a circle of opponents. Observe:
*activates training holograms and lightsaber, performs previously described tactics*
As you can see, Shien pays a high emphasis on quick hand moves (that's why I wanted your shoulder to be in perfect order). Show me what you have learned in this lesson, young padawan.
*reactivates training holograms*

Evil photobucket doesn´t allow me to upload photos. Only one got throughtThis one is from Friday, I think. Not too good, my camera sucks. But David said in his blog that he will try to come
I knew it, I have asked him about it in Pegasus con
So now I have to hope that he will come so I can get my hugging photo. The last one is weird, it was his first con and first photo session.
Now the photo, spoiler for size.
