Chupacabra vs. The Alamo is on Sy Fy this Saturday. David is the medical examiner. He's not in the promos.

I hope he's got a least a decent role and doesn't die in the movie...though he's a secondary character so who knows what will happen!!!

We can at least let you know if it's good or not. It's getting knock down a lot because Erik Estrada is the lead...*sigh* It also has Julia Benson from SGU in it as well as David! It does look like one of the cheesy Sy Fy movies....but at least we get to see some David!

Erik Estrada was a TV star back in the early 80"s in a show called CHiPs which was about the California Highway Patrol. He and his partner were motorcycle cops. Erik was considered a *hunk* at the time. He's been on TV occasionally, never really anything to the level the TV show was.

Cheesy is what Sy Fy does now...I'm just glad we get some David Nykl!

I just hope I get to watch it tomorrow night...things are abrewin' at the moment..... I will let you know

Not sure if this helps, but EriK Estrada was one of the two leads on the early 80s show called CHiPs. He's also done a lot of Mexican soap operas. Bunch of other smaller parts over the years.
