I still need to get my post count up if I am going to hit 4000 by CG..... I will probably hit 5000 the day I watch CG

(second thoughts I may not be able to type for a few days!!!)

'Evening, all!

Either I haven't been very attentive (in which case, shame on me), or these scenes from Childhood's End haven't really been appreciated much in here (in which case, shame on you

) So I went and did some caps (PIC SPAM!):

I just love how, when he's grapped and forced to his knees, he stutters "Sorry, I.. I.. I had.. I had to do that" and looks really whumped!

Man oh man, see how incoherent I was over Irresistible - kept pausing playback and popping in here to squee! - just because it had mild Sheppy whump and some awesome Shep character moments... just imagine what I'm going to be like over CG!

Oh, btw, I've brouched the subject of our trip away for anniversary with hubby and asked him when we might go... and kind of gently suggested perhaps the Sunday... and he agreed cos it's the Bank Holiday weekend and lots of people will probably be travelling on the Saturday.... *grin* *whistles innocently*

It's easy to overlook some of the minor moments of whump - we tend to get focused on capping the major ones so it's always nice to have additions to the collection!

I was amazed to find a while back that no-one had really capped and posted this scene:

well, three weeks starting next sunday! No internet, no dvd, no new episodes, nothing! but I got my books and some good fic to read...

You know i was wondering , what will you guys do about vacation? planning some?

Yeah, I know! Sometimes you can be pleasantly surprised when going back and watching some of the older eps and catching a small moment of whump that you had forgotten all about!

Does it make me really sad that I actually don't want to go on vacation if it means missing SGA?!!

I'm in France all next week with possibly no internet (except at work and not sure how much I can use it there) and the weekend after too so won't see Progeny till Sunday. And then I've got our planned week away in Scotland at the end of the month for my wedding anniversary... and as much as I want to go... I also can't help but think "B.b.bb.but.. no GW!!!"
