    Yes, we all like to speculate until our brains are leaking out our ears, and really, it's TPTB fault because we've not been getting anything new to obsess over!!!

              i wouldn't worry. IMDB is, as someone state, notorious for inaccuracies. Like wikipedia. Anything in which anybody can post a response isn't something I"d trust without research.

              I can't see them bucking him down to major and then promoting him back to Lt Col in one episode.


              As long as I see no spoilers which say "Shep's dead" or god forbid, even worse, Shep cuts his hair (argh, shudder!) I'm pretty much okay as far too many spoilers also get a lot of fan speculation interjected into them.

                I've been very slow slow slow lately! Weekends are always my busiest in regards to RL during the summer.

                Prion, no kidding. I swear if they ever touch his hear I will sob my heart out!!!

                      No, it was a new one, and in a commentary too, I think. I read the cast list on IMBD ages ago, and discussed it with ALi at the time, and we just laughed and said ...NOOO!. But, since then I've read it in four other places, and not concerning the SGA eppies. It's just strange to see it in an SG1 cast list. Of course it could be a red herring by TPTB to keep us guessing! What I thought was weird, was that sheppard was listed as Lt.Col for No man's land and Misbegotten, and as Major for sateda and then onwards. It could easily be some disgruntled anti Shep fan peeing around! I was just curious.

                      We are getting pretty depserate for spoilers and piccies though, aren't we? I can;t understand where the rest of those promo shots have got to. It doesn't make sense!

                        Hmm, as in deathfic or *gasp* cut hair fic? I can deal with fic like that, but don't want to see the hair touchedon the show and Shep can ONLY die if he gets better before the end credits roll (now if it happened to ROdney, being a Monty Python fan, he'd be saying "I'm not dead yet!")

                            Oh man, poor Shep (read part five!) Anybody else notice (or is just me?) that LJ formatting can vary wildly when you view 'em on different pCs? I took a look at mine and went GAH! as the whole thing is mucked up (picture too big, etc.) but at home it looks fine. grumble grumble. maybe i'll try another style...

                                Somone posted a link here ages ago. It was on that horrible thread, get rid of Sheppard, or something like that. It piqued my curiosity at the time, but then I forgot it until recently. Just ignore me. It's just a series of mistakes, I'm sure.
