The team is under attack on a planet. They are running to the gate and shooting. As usual, Ronon and John are the last ones. Just as Ronon goes through, Kolya steps out with a big gun that shoots these harpoon thingies that catch John in the back and hook in his tactical vest. He is yanked backward off his feet and immediately surrounded. The gate shuts down, with him the only one left behind.

And that is just the first few seconds!

You know, that's exactly it. The SQUEE comes when you're looking back on it. Actually watching it was gut-wrenching. It was very well done all the way around – the writing, the acting, everything was fantastic.
