Yeah... Of course, I didn't know they were coming until yesterday, when I realized they'd be less than 50 k (30 m) from where we're going for a family reunion. But we're carpooling with my mom and my sister, because my mom doesn't drive and my dad's too sick to go. My sis doesn't really like driving long distances either. That said, I haven't driven for three years since I got pregnant and lost my ability to judge distances. It's back but I don't want to drive with my son in the car...

Double ouch!
I have no choice but to drive. I live in a tiny little town that's technically called a "village." That says a lot when the "cities" in my state don't even add up to 1/2 of Dallas or NYC!
All that said, I have to be able to drive long distances because of location.
