Ok. Sorry to bring up questions again about Ep 9, but I thought I'd ask here first before harassing Laura G and Cazz.


The Ancient device that Radek and Rodney discover on the mainland..... what was it's function or I dismiss it as something they can't figure out? Would the EM wave also affect the jumpers??? If so, can I say that the control and jumper bay were the only places not affected and Lorne's jumper on the mainland was?

I'm sure I have more question, but I don't remember now.

In the past, it's only been Earth tech that's affected by EM pulses - computers and such. The jumpers have been ok. Example being when John blew up all of those nuclear devices during S1.

Take your time with it, I honestly need a break from it. The amount of PMing I've done with Cazz & Camy (seperately) has been stressful while we try to figure out what to do with Ep 9.

I'm not going to put pressure on writers to get it going again- there's been too much stress around these episodes & I just want to let it all settle down.

Just let Cazz, Gater or myself know when you're ready.

I know Rachel moved to LA for good so she's just visiting in Vancouver now.

Maybe there's some turn around for her regarding her pilot.

I know you weren't expecting all these issues w/ taking over the VS, but just remember that I'm not going to be able to write any VS episode in about a month. Things here are too crazy (my sister's uni grad, the girls out on summer break, a vacation, a half dozen birthdays, etc.) to commit to anything past that. So based on the posting schedule (even if an episode got posted every two weeks and one started next week), I don't think I'm going to be able to write episode 12...

Sorry about not having time, but I've known about my time restraints for a while...
