How would we re-write the pregnancy storyline? Personally i don't think they should have kept it at all as it did nothing for Teyla's character, i think they should have had Teyla go off in search of the athosian's and just been written out for a few eps. They could have always had her sending video messages to check in. And maybe have an ep where they hear Teyla is in trouble so the team goes looking for her.

Well thinking of how the fiasco went this would have yes been a better way...they tried to cover up her pregnancy when shooting out of order and all that when she wasn't supposed to be seen pregnant yet...not that it always worked I have to say *lol* but this would have been a better way...I mean come one she was taken and all that and they had to search for her.. so it could have worked..she went on to search for them.. with maybe a few of the men just to ease John's mind but then at some point they could have gotten a distress call and hearing basically them being taken out and that Teyla is in trouble...and boom you have the storyline of them trying to get her back like they did in the end anyway... so I see that the idea you just presented would have worked way better then the crap we was given with Kanaan.. I have to say the most pathetic waste of space on screen..

That's good, Cazz I really didn't like the pregnancy storyline but I get why they had to do it. I can't see any way that having Teyla pregnant would be beneficial to her character, especially not with those dim-writted writer's writing her character.It's a back of the book idea if the kid was John's, it's expected if it's Michael's...

Cazz, I also loved your idea for how they dealt with Rachel's pregnancy, but unfortunately it didn't work that way. I still would have loved to see John and Teyla "comfort" each other in DG. That was the time where they were both feeling vuluable(sp) and I think it would have been great if a hug turned into a kiss and then a kiss turned into a night of passion. Yeah, maybe we would have complained that they rushed and that he was the daddy, but think of how their relationship could've grown after he found out and so on. But that's just my thoughts.

I wrote a post earlier about jt gettin together in dg and then coping with the pregnancy while in a new relationship, only way i can see it working If john had of been the dad out of the blue it could've been worse than kanaan

As for DG - If DG Shep had gone to Teyla and the two of them had been together, only for Teyla to discover soon afterwards that DG was an imposter and that she was pregnant with its/his child - c'mon, that could have made for some insane angst for a million reasons, one of which the real Shep would know that Teyla had felt that way about him and yet neither of them would still know how it was to be with each other.

Whats up with you using your phone and Sci using her Ipod? You guys are high tech!

Nope, that routes not for me anymore. My graduation ceremony is in november and then i'm done with all things film (except watching of course ) I'm for a job in either statistics or finance

Nina....yes, but GW has been giving me some terrible trouble for the past couple of weeks (pages taking forever to show up, if at all) and when I've been finally able to get on I totally forgot to respond. I'll send a batch of questions to you in about a week. Sorry again. :O
