I may have to go and watch Runner again before I can answer that..at the time I did think he was immune... but maybe I missed the reason why they didnt feed on him and decided to turn him into a runner instead..

JM never says thing directly or truthfully. It could be that Keller's pregnant. They did want to do that a long time ago. I wouldn't surprised that they end up doing that. I'm trying to be a prepared.
I'd rather it be that they confirm John's feelings for Teyla and something comes out of that, but I doubt it.

Spent most of the day dealing with other things, but managed to sit down and get in a couple of hours of script work tonight. Almost done. Have the goodbye scene to write, the big wrap-up and then…I’m done. Well, not quite. Then, I spend days re-reading what I’ve got, polishing it up, afterwhich I’ll send it back to Paul who will read what I’ve done, question my sanity on certain decisions, and battle over a couple of elements before doing his pass.
