Lol, glad our chat is good for something

Yeah, I've not responded to reviews in a long time. Not had the time. Also, I started to write a bit for my fic "No Such Thing" but it has turned into an Outcast episode tag. Can you guess the characters??

I really do LOVE that people left so many reviews (I was on the site this morning and found that there are now 812 reviews for In Atlantis which is amazing) but I got behind responding to them somewhere around 450 or something and it has been so hard to catch up!!

The reviews really do keep me writing because it lets me know that people actually like the story! And I really like discussing with them what they think worked and stuff, you know? So I am DETERMINED to keep up with the reviews for my Vegas tag, and so far so good! But I still need to go back and catch up for In Atlantis, and that is gonna take me a while!

It is rather disappointing though that even Joe and Jason were not happy with the finale. It seems like TPTB just wanted to get it over with and not care what anyone else (including us fans) thought.

I agree. It is just so sad. Everything I keep reading from Joe about the cancellation and how they ended the series makes me want to cry!

Wow. Con = awesomeness. I will write a proper con report later tonight but...

had a guest encounter with Jason on Saturday - he was awesome and very hoonest in it. Very funny too. Helps that I was sitting next to him and he nudged me if I was being cheeky to him

I have to disagree with Blue about her interpretation of what Joe said about not being happy with his relationship status? I think he was just more "surprised" by McKeller, because they hadn't seen/read Brain Storm so didn't know that it had happened and he was like "WTH, where did that come from?" And how it was more like the dating channel than Atlantis with that last scene, and how he was by himself, lol. But it was good; they were very honest. About everything - the writers, the powers that be. Nothing JT was mentioned but he did talk in his guest encounter about how the writers couldn't handle/write women.

I am on cloud 9 with Jason though; he totally swept me away. Cazz will need to tell you about some of the things cause I think if I told you y'all wouldn't believe me! hahaha. Full con report later

first off....I AM SO JEALOUS of you girls.......

kind of random, maybe OT, and maybe not so understandable, but kind of makes you wonder how if the actors themselves even if they hadn't read another of the scripts that really doesn't have them in it, thought Mckay/Keller was out of the blue, how tptb expected us to accept it. Cause if I remember correctly they really never had much of a scene with the rest of the group like the ending of 'Quarantine' when Keller joined the team in the mess. Her and ronon had a weird little 'oh my it's him/her' moment, that had Shep looking at Teyla, with a kind of 'oh he's found a girl' look...*finishes mindless thought*....

Back from the con *bawls eyes out* Had the most amazing time ever!! Gotta go to a meeting at uni but I'll be back in couple of hours

I agree! Michael, Rachel, Joe and Jason would be hilarious and fun in a panel all together too!

And yeah, I don't get TPTB. They just upset everyone - the fans, the actors... Reading the con reports made me feel so sad for Joe. He's obviously upset by how everything went down; like you said, as upset as we are!

You're totally right . How this is really no fun. Luckily i never really was totally in series to have ships because I would have been a lot more depressed I'm sure John/Aeryn was an awesome story. I've read (because sadly I haven't seen it) and seriously they had a lot, great chemistry and it seems that the authors did'nt miss imagination.
I could say too there was Harm&Mac but it took so long that I wasn't really interested anymore.
But hey there is always hope think of Mulder & Scully LOl it took time but it happened. I remember the almost kiss in the first movie and nothing else I could have tired on my hairs (?) LOL
